Thin film flow: The material forms an ultra-thin liquid film of 0.1-2mm on the heating surface, reducing thermal resistance and achieving a heat transfer coefficient of 3-5 times that of traditional evaporators (approximately 800-1500 W/(m 2 · K)).
Short dwell time: The material stays in the equipment for only a few seconds to tens of seconds, suitable for heat sensitive materials (such as pharmaceuticals and food additives), to avoid high-temperature degradation.
